Our Team

Niall is Managing Director of CTS Group, He has over 25 years’ experience in the construction industry having worked in England, Europe and all over Ireland. He established CTS Group in 1995 and his primary focus is on customer satisfaction and he adopts a ‘hand-on’ approach to all projects. Niall’s Core strengths are listening to clients, understanding their needs and delivering them using our biggest asset "Our Team" and our innovative solutions within a commercial reality.

Eilish is a company director and has 20 years’ experience in a financial and administrative capacity. She is the Financial Director with overall responsibility for the financial management of the company. Her duties include preparation of management accounts, budgetary analysis, insurances, accounts payable and receivable. She also deals with the tax affairs of the company. Her qualifications include a BBS (Hons) Degree.

Leonard O'Shea is our Commercial Director

Leonard, an engineering graduate from the University of Limerick has over 15 years of experience and expertise in estimating. Since joining CTS Group in 2004 as an estimator, He has worked as estimator on a large range of projects, including retail & office developments, residential projects, pharmaceutical and other industrial complexes, and is now manager of our estimating Department. He specializes in Design and build projects, tailoring each project to the clients precise needs, ensuring a high quality installation within the clients budget. He has overall responiblity for all the commercial apsects of all the contracts undertaken by the company.

Martin Keating is our contracts director. Martin holds ultimate responsibility for all projects. He has worked on a number of high profile installations in Ireland, including hospitals, shopping centres and office developments. He has over 15 years experience in all sectors of the electrical services industry, as well as a wealth of knowledge and expertise which he brings to CTS Group client projects. His hands on approach with all our clients projects and his innovative problem solving skills make him a client favourite. 

Robert is the Safety Officer for CTS Group. He has twenty years’ experience in the Safety field and a further six in the construction sector. Robert has overall responsibility for the health and safety of all the employees and sub-contractors engaged CTS Group. He is integral in completing all method statements to ensure the safe working of the projects that we complete and is working towards our goal of Zero accidents, Zero incidents.

Martin Nolan is the Project Manager of the Mechanical division; Martin holds ultimate responsibility for all Mechanicall projects. He has worked on a number of high profile installations in Ireland, including building services in hospitals, hotels, shopping centres and office developments. He has over 15 years’ experience in all sectors of the mechanical services industry, as well as a wealth of knowledge and expertise which he brings to CTS Group client projects. His amenable nature and hands on approach with all our clients with his innovative problem solving skills make him a client favourite.

Sandra is part of CTS Group’s accounts and administrative sector. She is in charge of producing accounts and payroll for the company, in which she has over 14 years of experience. Sandra most recently acquired a CAT qualification in 2006 and actively applies her range of industry knowledge to her role and duties within the company. 

Karl has a BSc (Hon) in Quantity Surveying which he completed in Waterford Institute of Technology. Karl is a Mechanical Estimator responsible for the meticulous measurement and preparation of tenders. He brings a wealth of knowledge with a keen understanding of contract and project costs from conception to completion. Karl also oversees all the financial considerations for all mechanical projects undertaken by the company in conjunction with our commercial director. 

Evelyn is part of CTS Group’s Contract Administration Department.  With over 15 years’ experience in company administration she has worked for many years in the construction industry, specifically contract procurement and coordination.  She is responsible for coordinating the administrative aspects of each project from tender stage to final handover.

Jamie has a BSC(Ord) in Electrical Engineering which was completed in Waterford Institute of Technology. Jamie is a Junior Electrical Estimator and is responsible for the measurement and preparation of Electrical Tenders. He makes sure that all tenders are done precisely and on-time. Jamie also helps out when needed with any changes to Electrical or Mechanical drawings using CAD.
