    Earn a Master's in Construction Project Management While You Work

    • CTS Group is offering a unique opportunity to join our Graduate Programme, where you’ll work full-time in a dynamic Electrical & Mechanical environment while earning a Master’s Degree in Construction Project Management.

    About the Programme:

    • This programme is designed to provide real-world experience in the entire lifecycle of an Electrical & Mechanical project, from tender stage through to completion. All while you complete a Master’s degree. You’ll gain: • On-site, hands-on learning across diverse projects. • Classroom-based postgraduate education through SETU. • Mentorship and guidance from experienced colleagues and tutors. • A strong foundation in construction project management processes. This is a blended learning experience that supports your career progression while you remain in full-time employment.

    Candidate Criteria

    • Goal-Oriented and Motivated; with a strong work ethic and desire to succeed. Excellent Communicators; who can collaborate with a wide range of stakeholders. Team Oriented; comfortable contributing within multi-disciplinary teams. Creative and Forward-Thinking; bring fresh ideas and a proactive mindset to drive innovation and improvement. Organised and Efficient; skilled at managing a dynamic workload and competing priorities. A Level 8 Bachelor’s degree in a construction-related discipline (e.g., Electrical Engineering, Building Services Engineering or Sustainability Engineering), OR A level 7 and 4–5 years of relevant industry experience (construction or electrical). Full, clean driver's license. Legal right to work in Ireland for the duration of the programme.

    What to Expect

    • You will be supported by a personal mentor, who will play a key role in your growth and development, helping you develop a deep understanding of and competence in the key project management processes in a construction environment. You will face real-world challenges and learn how to tackle them collaboratively as part of a team of experienced employees who will guide you.

    Training

    • Most of the training and experience will be hands on and gained on the job. We are also in partnership with SETU and all successful candidates will complete a programme culminating in an award of a Master’s in Construction Project Management.
