Garter Lane Arts Centre

Housed within two 18th century Georgian buildings, this theatre and arts centre required a full electrical fit out to coincide with its refurbishment. The contract was awarded to CTS Group.

The project included the provision of general power to the centre as well as to the kitchens and heating systems. Installations included specialist and dimmable lighting to the theatre area, exterior lighting to the walkway and entrance, anti-glare lighting to office areas and emergency lighting to the entire building.

Data provisions comprised of a structured cabling system to include passive and active equipment, CAT5E phone and data points, cabling for speakers and an intercom system. Security features included the installation of a conventional Fire Alarm system complete with an Intruder alarm.
