Dublin Liberties Distillery

CTS Group are delighted to announce the successful completion of the Dublin Liberties Distillery. The project consisted of a full mechanical and electrical installation of the new premises. The original building on Mill street, which is over 400 years old, is steeped in history and comprised of an old Tannery and Mill.

The project was both challenging and rewarding at the same time and involved the installation of a completely new electrical containment and wiring system, bespoke subtle lighting installation (including KNX controls), IT system and high tech security system: CCTV, Access control and intruder alarm systems (by our security branch CTS Tech). The distilling areas were Atex certified. A brand new addressable fire alarm system was installed along with an addressable Disabled Refuge system to comply with the latest building regulations. The mechanical consisted of full AC and ventilation system to toilets and distillery area. water services to bars, cafe, customer and staff toilets and facilities.
