4 Home required the installation of provisions such as distribution boards, specialist lighting for displays. Additional electrical services featured the installation of an addressable dire alarm system with a digital link to an intruder alarm, digital CCTV, a PA system, access control systems and authorisation systems. Data provisions incorporated the installation of data cabling with connections to cashier desks and multiple data points. 

Mechanical services featured the installation of water tanks and immersion cylinders in addition to the provision of water to canteens and toilets. Heating and cooling systems consisted of circulating pumps and ventilation throughout each building.
