CTS Group were awarded the contract for a full electrical and mechanical fit-out for this store in Carlow. Emergency, general external lighting were installed within store and a full data installation which was certified for 25 years was installed. 

General services and motive power were provided to the retail space and back of house areas. CTS Group also provided full security measures to the store which included CCTV, intruder alarm, access control and loss prevention. 

Mechanical services comprised of hot water, mains water, ventilation and heating and cooling of the store via gas fire air handling units.
