De Bruin Court Waterford

This four storey apartment block is located in Waterford City adjacent to St. John’s River and is purpose built to accommodate students of nearby WIT. CTS were engaged by CCK developments to provide a full design and build solution for the services in collaboration with our building partner, Tom O’ Brien Construction.

The project required electrical and mechanical services to accommodate twenty seven apartments. Installations were planned in conjunction with the architects at design stage, and included multi consumer ESB meter panels and new distribution boards, alongside interior, exterior and emergency lighting.

The building is protected by an addressable Fire Alarm and an intruder alarm system, in addition to digital audio visual Intercom and access control systems to each apartment. Services to all apartments consist of storage heating, provisions for cable television and CAT5E phone and data wiring.
