Southern Regional Assembly Waterford

Electrical and Mechanical works in the Southern Regional Assembly building have been completed by CTS Group. Located in Waterford City, usual works in this building include development and strategic planning of the southern region. 

Electrical works featured in this project are brand new interior lighting, new sockets and both a fire alarm and intruder alarm were fitted with data wiring for health and safety. Emergency lighting was also featured in the fit-out.

Mechanical provisions were water services to toilets and canteens within the building, a new water tank on the roof and heating services, including the provision of gas boilers and radiators. Ventilation was also supplied for the Southern Regional Assembly building for spaces such as offices, canteen area and toilets.
