Contract awarded for M&E fit-out of Red Hat offices

CTS Group have recently been awarded a contract for Red Hat offices on the Cork Road, Waterford city. A full electrical and mechanical fit-out of the offices is set for completion in early November.

The electrical fit-out is set to feature specialist DALI dimmable lighting throughout the offices. This lighting will be accompanied by the provision of power wiring and sockets.  

Mechanical provisions included in this project are air conditioning for the offices, along with water services supplied to canteen and toilet areas. Fire alarms for the building will also be included in this M&E fit-out to satisfy health and safety requirements.
