Completed Development Of Guiry Auctioneers

CTS Group have recently completed the M&E development of Guiry Auctioneers, located on the Quay, Waterford City. This fit-out was completed in under 12 weeks and required a full strip-out before development began.

Electrical provisions fitted for Guiry Auctioneers included general lighting in the offices, which included LED lighting for window display. Floor boxes were also installed for data wiring.

The three-storey building required a full strip-out before mechanical development could begin. Full zoned heating, water services and ventilation provisions were also supplied and installed. Heating provisions for Guiry Auctioneers included radiators on all three floors, along with the commissioning and service of one existing boiler. A gas detection panel and sensors were also installed in the building.

Under sink water heating, cold water tanks and sanitary ware including an electric shower featured in this fit-out.
