The Alexander Hotel Phase II

In the second phase of these works the ground floor, bar/dining area, two new small conference rooms, reception foyer, new café area and public toilets received a new mechanical and electrical installations.

New dali dimmable lighting was installed to allow scene/ ambience setting of each area that complimented the new design perfectly.  The new emergency lighting, fire alarm, data network and general services were also installed as part of the works. The mechanical installation consisted of a new ventilation system made up of 6no. Nuaire AHU’S and 8no. Nuaire extract units, all controlled automatically via varying levels of temperature and CO2 levels. Stylish Garda linear slot diffusers supply the air into the 4no. conference rooms. The existing Air Con units were repositioned and serviced.

The LGF new dali dimmable lighting, emergency lighting, fire alarm, data network and general services were installed. The existing ventilation system for the ground floor, consisting of 2no. Air handling units was modified to suit the new layout. Garda linear slot diffusers once again used to supply the air flow into these areas. Above both entrances, FlowAir air curtains were installed. Water and waste services were supplied to the new coffee dock area.
