M&E Contract Completed for SuperValu, Dalkey

We are excited to share that we recently completed the M&E contract for SuperValu, Dalkey. This project included a full revamp of the store giving it a modern finished look. Our fantastic team carried out works on both the mechanical and electrical elements throughout the store.

The mechanical provisions installed included, new air conditioning, new water services, new heating services as well as a new gas detection system. The electrical elements consisted of the wiring and installation of general lighting and emergency lighting, the wiring of a new fire alarm, CCTV system, access control system and intruder alarm system. The introduction of new light surrounding the fish deli and off licence effectively adds a brighter and uplifting feel to the overall area.
