M&E Contract awarded for the Supervalu Store in Swords

CTS Group are pleased to announce that we have recently been awarded the M&E contract for the revamp of the Supervalu store in  The Pavilions Shopping Centre in Swords, County Dublin. This project for a value of   three quarter of a million Euros,  started  at the end of July  and is due  to be completed  in November.

This project consists of an entire revamp of the old SuperValu store with   our team completing  the general electrical and mechanical  upgrades of the shop  which includes  the installation of new lighting , fire alarm , ventilation and plumbing.

Once the work is completed,   shoppers can look forward to an improved and comfortable shopping experience in a  contemporary and modernised  Supervalu store.
