Global Cuisine Begins Development in Dundrum

CTS Group have been awarded a contract for Global restaurant in Dundrum Town Centre. This project will feature an array of electrical and mechanical installations, both of which have begun development on Monday the 11th of July. Having recently acquired new owners, these provisions are being fitted as part of a revamp and set up of a new business.

Electrical installations set to be included in the fit out are general lighting, sockets and data wiring. The lighting installations involved in the project will include brand new feature pendant lighting, LED and also general lighting throughout the restaurant. Security measures such as various alarm systems and CCTV will also be put in place.

Mechanical installations on this project will feature water provisions such as tanks and pumps, gas pumps and air conditioning units. Global will feature an open-space kitchen and will require the provision of electrical and gas mains to this area. With these in place, the restaurant is hoped to generate brand new custom and become a huge attraction in Dundrum Town Centre.
