Completed Works on Southern Regional Assembly Building

Electrical and Mechanical works in the Southern Regional Assembly building have been completed. This building also required a prior refurbishment before these provisions could be installed. Usual works can now progress in the building which includes development and strategic planning of the southern region.

The electrical works featured in the project are new interior lighting, new sockets and data wiring along with a fire alarm for health and safety.

Mechanical provisions were water services to toilets and canteens within the building, a new water tank on the roof and the fitting of gas boilers and radiators.
