Completed Works on New Concept Lidl Swords

CTS Group have completed an M&E fit-out in Lidl Swords, Dublin. Completed in 10 weeks, this new concept store features specialist installations in a range of locations throughout the building. This is the first new concept Lidl store in Ireland that features an underground car park, which CTS Group have been extensively involved with since its inception. 

Electrical services were provided to all areas within the store, including display, general and emergency LED lighting. The lighting requirements in the brand-new underground car park were also fitted by CTS Group. 

Mechanical installations in the store featured AHU heating and ventilation for a bakery area, with air conditioning installed for toilet and office areas. Gas detection provisions were also fitted. Security installations featured in this fit-out were fire and intruder alarms, access control to the building and CCTV fitted throughout the store, with the addition of a security monitor. 

Lidl Ireland have chosen CTS Group to complete these installations to their new concept store due to our strong working relationship and successful completion of other Lidl stores. These installations have been fitted to the same high standard which both Lidl and CTS Group are accustomed to.
